Okay.. so yesterday was amazing.
Cleveland was sweet. The trip was omigod amazing.
The bus ride down there was ok.. we watched the movie 10 Things I
Hate About You. Sigh I love that movie. Then as we were getting
closer to Cleveland, we could see the skyline and that right
there was ahhhh so cool. So first we went to the mall, and had
lunch. So the buses parked about a block away from the mall,
and we had to walk there. Anyway the mall was sweet, and the
food was great. And let's just say, that's when "Bryon" started
being my mom's and mine, best friend. Oh dear. My mom was like
"What the Heck.".... but that's a whole other story. Basically
"Bryon" was pretty much just there. And so then he left us. (hahaha)
And we went to the bathroom. And we came out, we only had three minutes
to walk back to the buses and get on them. (hehehe) So we're in this
foreign mall. I'm freaking out because there are a ga-jillion
escalators and a ba-jillion floors. So I just ran around, and my mom
and CJ got us back to the buses. It was pretty sweet. Oh, and we weren't
late, because the buses weren't there yet, so it was all good.
From the mall, we went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Wow.
Yet another amazing element of this trip. I got to see music that I
know and love, but I also got to learn about new music. Ahhhh, it was
so cool. Put this place on your 'things to do before I die' list. So
everything there was fun. And towards the end, (after we raided the
gift shop), we went to the cafe place thingy there, and had this
really good chocolate cake thing... because we all know, I can never
eat enough sugar. So then we were all waiting in the lobby to go. I
talked to a bunch a people, which was fun. And let's see, what else?
Oh, well when we went outside to leave, it was raining, just a little,
but I really wanted to run, so I did. Weeeeellll, that was a bad idea,
because when I was running, I was looking at the ground, and I didn't
notice when I actually GOT ONTO THE WRONG BUS! Okay, yeah, Megan, you're
stupid. So I went on the bus, and I said hi to the driver, and he was like
huh? Then I freaked out, ran off, and got laughed at by everyone on my bus.
However, it was another element of the trip that made it amazing. (Oh,
and by the way, we spent two hours at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, just
so you don't think it was like 10 minutes or anything, with my story-telling).
From there, we went to the baseball game. I think this was my favorite
part. I got to eat (horrible food) and talk to people. Then when we were going
to our seats, we stopped to get some food at the concession stand, and I
told the guys working there that we were playing in the 7th inning stretch.
Then he said that they were some band name* which I didn't catch, and he
said that they would sing something for us. So right there on the spot, they
sang us an amazing song, I could not stop smiling the whole time they were
singing. AHH It was so cool! It's just another thing that sets this trip away
from any other trip I've ever been on. Oh, and did any of you
watch the baseball game, and see us in the 7th inning stretch?!?!? Because the
jazz band played there, and we were on t.v. man! AAHHHHHH!!!!! And it was so
cool, going behind the scenes with security and stuff.. We were like VIP's.
It was SOOO COOOOOLLL AHHH I CANT STAND IT! Oh, and the tigers were good
and stuff.. they won. hehehe. And at the end the fireworks were unbelievable.
There were so many, it was so loud, and grand finale was HUGE, and the
very last fire work was a tiny little blue one, that just went 'poof'.
So then we were walking back to the buses/get our instruments. When we
got on the bus me, Travis Taylor, and CJ were all listening to each others
music. So that was fun. Then we finished watching "10 Things I Hate About
You".. did I already say that I lurrve that movie? Because I do. Then
I went to sleep, because it was late, and I was tired. So the sleeping
was fun, but it was kinda hard to sleep in those buses. But it was fun.
So overall the trip, was SO GOOOOOOOOOOOOD! Ah, I can't say how
much I actually loved this trip. I got to learn and experience new things,
and make new friends. Sigh... So I hope I didn't tire you out by reading so
much, but the trip was that cool. Anyway, that's it.
